Ingredients
- 2 c. Hudson cream
- flour (self-rising)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; stir well. Pour on a well floured surface.
- Knead as little as possible; just enough to be able to handle dough.
- Cut with a biscuit cutter and place on a well oiled pan.
- Oil tops of biscuits.
- Bake at 450° to 500° for 12 minutes on bottom rack.
- Move to top rack and brown top of biscuits.
