Ingredients

  • 14 cup sunflower seeds
  • 14 cup flax seed, ground
  • 12 cup wheat bran
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 12 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 14 cup sugar

Method

  • Combine dry Ingredients and set aside.
  • Combine wet ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on heat.
  • Heat through and pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Put mixture onto a sheet pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Cool and Enjoy.
