Ingredients
- 1/4 x 1/2 beef strips (good cut)
- onions
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1/2 c. wine
- 1 small can sour cream
Method
- Dip beef in flour.
- Saute in onions and mushrooms until brown. Add 1 can beef consomme and wine.
- Simmer until tender.
- Add sour cream.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
