Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs top round steaks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- salt and pepper
- 14 1/2 ounces green beans, drained
Method
- Cut meat into strips and brown in butter.
- Add green onions and cook until soft, not brown.
- Add broth and chili sauce, heat and scrape pan brownings.
- Add green beans and heat through.
- season to your liking with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles.
