Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 12 cup diced onion
  • 12 diced green bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 cup ketchup (may add more if you like)
  • 12 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar

Method

  • Mix all together.
  • form into loaf.
  • bake 350 for 1 -11/2 hrs or til golden on top.
  • brush with glaze throughout baking.
  • mix all glaze ingredients, brush onto loaf as it cooks.
  • NOTE: OMIT VINEGAR AND KETCHUP FROM RECIPE, ADD 2-3 TBS.
  • OF GLAZE TO MEATLOAF MIXTURE.
  • USE REMAINING FOR GLAZE.
