- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 12 cup diced onion
- 12 diced green bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup ketchup (may add more if you like)
- 12 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
Method
- Mix all together.
- form into loaf.
- bake 350 for 1 -11/2 hrs or til golden on top.
- brush with glaze throughout baking.
- mix all glaze ingredients, brush onto loaf as it cooks.
- NOTE: OMIT VINEGAR AND KETCHUP FROM RECIPE, ADD 2-3 TBS.
- OF GLAZE TO MEATLOAF MIXTURE.
- USE REMAINING FOR GLAZE.
