Ingredients
- 23 cup oatmeal
- 1 13 cups water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 100 g yogurt
Method
- Mix oatmeal and water.
- Microwave on medium for 4 minutes.
- Stir half way through.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir!
- Adjust lemon juice and maple syrup to taste.
- Enjoy!
