Ingredients
- 70 grams Miso
- 30 grams Mayonnaise
- 30 grams ~ Ground white sesame seeds
- 25 grams Sugar
- 25 grams Soy sauce
- 30 grams Vinegar
- 1 Grated ginger
- 60 grams ~ Milk
Method
- Add the ingredients to a bowl on a scale, and mix.
- First, mix the miso and mayonnaise well, then add the ingredients one one by, and mix.
- Add grated ginger and mix.
- Dilute the mixture with the milk to your liking at the end, and it's done.
