Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely cut pimento
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Method
- Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
- Put in a greased baking dish.
- Mix mushroom soup, cheese, pimento, salt and milk together. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
