Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Hold a few orange sections aside.
- Dissolve jello in water. Stir in sherbet until dissolved.
- Pour into mold or serving dish. Refrigerate until almost jelled.
- Stir in oranges and whipped cream, gently.
- Top with a dot of cream and an orange section. Very light and refreshing.
