Ingredients
- 4 large mushrooms, chopped
- 1 diced eggplant *
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. fat
- salt, pepper and marjoram to season
Method
- Combine mushrooms, eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers and garlic.
- Simmer in fat; season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cook for 20 minutes.
