Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 jars Spaghetti Sauce (8 Ounce Size)
  • 15 whole Mushrooms (Stems Removed And Inside Cleaned Out)
  • 1/2 pounds Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium skillet cook ground beef for 15 minutes on medium heat, drain grease and add spaghetti sauce, cook until hot for about 5 minutes.
  • Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  • Hollow out mushrooms with a spoon.
  • Arrange in a casserole dish and spoon in ground beef mixture into each mushroom.
  • It does not need to be perfect.
  • If you overfill them all the better.
  • Top with your favorite cheese.
  • I chose basic cheddar.
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  • Allow mushrooms to cool 15 minutes before you eat them.
