Ingredients
- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 jars Spaghetti Sauce (8 Ounce Size)
- 15 whole Mushrooms (Stems Removed And Inside Cleaned Out)
- 1/2 pounds Cheddar Cheese, Grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium skillet cook ground beef for 15 minutes on medium heat, drain grease and add spaghetti sauce, cook until hot for about 5 minutes.
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
- Hollow out mushrooms with a spoon.
- Arrange in a casserole dish and spoon in ground beef mixture into each mushroom.
- It does not need to be perfect.
- If you overfill them all the better.
- Top with your favorite cheese.
- I chose basic cheddar.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Allow mushrooms to cool 15 minutes before you eat them.
