Ingredients
- Frozen cassava wedges
- Vegetable oil, salt
- 500ml water
- Chilli mix tomato ketchup
Method
- Poor 500ml water into a sauce pan and the frozen cassava, Add 1/2tsp salt.
- Cover and simmer for 12minutes. Drain and deep fry until golden brown. Serve sprinkling with chilli powder before serving.
