Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degress. Sift tigether dry ingredients. Cream butter and mix in mozzarella; add flour mixture and mix well.
- Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
