Ingredients
- 1 c. Eagle brand lowfat milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 c. nuts, finely minced
- 14 ounce. coconut
- 16 (1 ounce.) squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. solid vegetable shortening
Method
- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, nuts and coconut.
- Let mix refrigerateat least 3 hrs.
- Remove from refrigerator and form into balls or possibly squares, using about 1 tsp.
- of mix per ball or possibly square.
- Let refrigerate8 hrs at least.
- Heat Baker's chocolate and 1 Tbsp.
- shortening together over low heat.
- Dip coconut balls into chocolate.
- Refrigerateand store in closed container.
