- 1/2 cup Kraft All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup trail mix with almonds, raisins, cranberries and pistachios
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Mix flours, baking powder and soda.
- Gradually beat into peanut butter mixture until blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 9 to 11 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 2 min.
- ; remove to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
