- 1 1/2 lbs beef
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
Method
- mince the beef, add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, minced bacon, the hard boiled eggs, chopped and 2 beaten eggs.
- mould into a long sausage and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours.
