- 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can baby limas, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. green pepper, cut up
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento
- raw onion rings
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a jar, shake together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Put beans, pepper, celery, pimento and onion rings in a bowl and pour liquid mixture over this.
- Mix well and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
