Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can Great Northern beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can baby limas, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. green pepper, cut up
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento
  • raw onion rings
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Method

  • In a jar, shake together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Put beans, pepper, celery, pimento and onion rings in a bowl and pour liquid mixture over this.
  • Mix well and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
