- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Mix together the flour and salt.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk. Gradually whisk the liquid into the dry ingredients until smooth and well blended.
- Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
