Ingredients
- 1 portin Chicken thigh
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the chicken and lemon juice in a bowl and massage well by hand.
- Heat a frying pan and fry the chicken from Step 2.
- When it is halfway cooked, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook thoroughly until browned and it's done.
