- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tsp. wet mustard
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg or 1/4 c. egg beater
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. green pepper, finely chopped
- 3 drops hot sauce
- Fresh parsley
- Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
Method
- Trim and cube the bread, mix with crabmeat.
- Add all other items.
- Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
- Brown in skillet and cook 20 minutes until done.
