Ingredients
- 4 c. boned chicken
- 2 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- Uncle Ben's wild rice (small)
- small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine (according to taste)
Method
- Mix chicken, soup, milk and cooked rice.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- In skillet, melt butter.
- Pour in stuffing and stir until blended and toasted.
- Spread over top.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until bubbling hot.
- Do not cover while baking.
- Makes 9 x 13-inch casserole.
