Ingredients
- 2 to 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
Method
- Cut up chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Beat water, flour and egg together.
- Dip chicken into batter.
- Deep-fry until golden brown for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Salt to taste.
