Ingredients
- orange roughy
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons onion grated
- 1 pound fish fillets
- salt
- flour
- 1 cup half & half
Method
- Combine above ingredients in foil-lined baking dish
- Close foil; bake 20 minutes at 350F
- Cook in saucepan to almost brown with 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp flour (a few minutes)
- Pour liquid from fish into saucepan, stirring constantly. Add half & half, stirring, until desired consistency is reached (about 1/2 c)
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and brown under broiler
