Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. coconut
- dash of salt
- drops of food coloring
Method
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in sugar, blend thoroughly.
- Beat in vanilla and salt, add food color to tint.
- Refrigerate covered 1 hour.
- Shape into balls using rounded teaspoon each.
- Roll in coconut.
- Place on wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
