- 12 each bread sticks plain
- 12 slices smoked salmon
- 1 x lemon juice to taste
Method
- Wrap each slice of smoked salmon around each bread stick.
- Repeat for each bread stick.
- Arrange on a serving platter along with any other horderves.
- Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the salmon for freshness.
- Serve.
