Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean chopped beef
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 jar Heinz chili sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Prepare your own meatball recipe.
- In large pot, add chili sauce, tomato sauce, cranberry and sugar.
- Blend until soft.
- Add meatballs.
- Cook until meatballs are firm.
- Stir gently. Cut cabbage into strips.
- Place cabbage and sauerkraut on top.
- Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
