Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean chopped beef
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 jar Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Method

  • Prepare your own meatball recipe.
  • In large pot, add chili sauce, tomato sauce, cranberry and sugar.
  • Blend until soft.
  • Add meatballs.
  • Cook until meatballs are firm.
  • Stir gently. Cut cabbage into strips.
  • Place cabbage and sauerkraut on top.
  • Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
