Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced (more Or Less Depending On Taste)
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch (maybe 3 Tablespoons)
  • 4 cups Fresh Chopped Broccoli, Or 1 Bag (16 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 whole Small To Medium Onion, Roughly Chopped

Method

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok or large skillet until just hot.
  • Add beef and cook until done.
  • While beef is cooking whisk together water, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  • It should cloudy and mixed together, but you dont want it to be thick until it starts to cook.
  • When beef is cooked through add the liquid mixture, onions, and broccoli.
  • Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has thickened and the broccoli is cooked through.
  • Serve over rice.
