Ingredients
- 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
- 3/4 cups Water
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced (more Or Less Depending On Taste)
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch (maybe 3 Tablespoons)
- 4 cups Fresh Chopped Broccoli, Or 1 Bag (16 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli
- 1 whole Small To Medium Onion, Roughly Chopped
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok or large skillet until just hot.
- Add beef and cook until done.
- While beef is cooking whisk together water, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- It should cloudy and mixed together, but you dont want it to be thick until it starts to cook.
- When beef is cooked through add the liquid mixture, onions, and broccoli.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid has thickened and the broccoli is cooked through.
- Serve over rice.
