Ingredients
- 1 c. low-milk cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. Use as a sour cream substitute, as a dressing for salad or as a delicious vegetable dip. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
