Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. raw rice
- 3 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Brown meat and onion.
- Mix in next 6 ingredients.
- Place all in a 3 quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cut up cooked chicken or other meat may be substituted for beef.
