Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 15 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 6 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices
  • 1/4 lb. OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onions, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.
  • Place meat mixture into 11x8-1/2-inch rectangle on sheet of waxed pepper; top with cheese, ham and bacon, spreading ingredients to within 1-1/2 inches of edges.
  • Roll up tightly, starting at one short side and pulling away waxed paper as meat is rolled.
  • Place, seam side down, on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 48 to 50 min.
  • or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 40 min.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Let stand 5 min.
  • before slicing to serve.
