Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, roughly chopped

Method

  • Soak the raisins in the coffee mixture for about 10 minutes or until soft
  • Beat Philly*, Toblerone* and sugar with an electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in raisin/coffee mixture and 1/2 cup of the pecans.
  • Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Form the mixture into two logs and coat evenly in pecans.
  • Serve with almond bread.
