Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 raw egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup blue agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa nibs (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. organic cocoa mixed with water to make a syrup (can be heaping TBL for extra dark chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tsp. coffee extract

Method

  • Whisk together all the above ingredients, and chill for 20 minutes in your freezer.
  • Then, add to Cuisinart or other ice cream maker and process for 20 minutes or until it becomes ice cream!
  • Enjoy!
