Ingredients

  • 1 prepared chocolate crumb crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • Cool Whip and chocolate candy bar (for garnish)

Method

  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add milk and chocolate syrup. Blend well.
  • Dissolve coffee in hot water and add to chocolate mixture.
  • Whip the whipping cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared crust.
  • Freeze.
  • Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  • Top each slice with a dollop of Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate shavings or curls.
