Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 12 cups vegetable oil
- 12 cup minced red onion
Method
- 1.
- In a large bowl, whisk the ketchup, sugar, salt and vinegar until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2.
- Whisk in the oil 1/2 c.
- at a time.
- MIx in onions.
- Serve on your favorite salad veggies.
- 3.
- This makes a large quantity so refrigerate any unused portion.
- When you are ready to use it again, you may need to let it set out at room temperature for about 10 minutes and then whisk again before serving.
