Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 12 cups vegetable oil
  • 12 cup minced red onion

Method

  • In a large bowl, whisk the ketchup, sugar, salt and vinegar until the sugar is dissolved.

  • Whisk in the oil 1/2 c.
  • at a time.
  • MIx in onions.
  • Serve on your favorite salad veggies.
  • 3.
  • This makes a large quantity so refrigerate any unused portion.
  • When you are ready to use it again, you may need to let it set out at room temperature for about 10 minutes and then whisk again before serving.
