Ingredients
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- cheesecake topping (below)
- fruit
Method
- Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick in blender for 15 seconds on high.
- Add cream cheese and beat for 2 minutes on high.
- Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, until center is firm.
- Let cool.
