Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar, for topping
Method
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Sift flour, baking soda and cardamon together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, beat well.
- Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately and beat well.
- Pour into well greased bundt pan.
- Bake one hour.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack. Dust cake lightly with powdered sugar.
