Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
Method
- Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
- Top with crushed crackers that have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
