Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 slices country white bread, toasted
- 2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 5 pieces arugula
Method
- Cook egg in skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 min.
- on each side or until white is completely set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, mix dressing and Sriracha sauce until blended.
- Spread 1 toast slice with dressing mixture; top with egg, bacon and arugula.
- Cover with remaining toast slice.
