Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- milk for pudding
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour.
- Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, all at once, beating until smooth.
- Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Cool completely.
- Fill with pudding. Makes about 5 dozen.
- You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
