Ingredients
- 15 new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Method
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, Parmesan and sour cream until blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Drain potatoes; cool slightly.
- Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each; discard removed potato pieces.
- Place potatoes, bottom sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
