Ingredients

  • 15 new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Method

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.
  • or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, Parmesan and sour cream until blended.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Drain potatoes; cool slightly.
  • Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each; discard removed potato pieces.
  • Place potatoes, bottom sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
