Ingredients
- 6 c. ground beef
- 12 c. chopped apple
- 6 c. raisins
- 1 c. cider
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Cook beef thoroughly.
- Do not brown.
- Put meat and apples through metal blade of food processor.
- Return to cooking pot. Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Bring to boil. Lower heat.
- Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Makes 8 pints.
- Can be canned.
- Process for 60 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
