Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 bag frozen onions
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix above ingredients.
- Bake in 350° oven for almost 1 hour. Easy to burn, watch it.
- Serves 16.
