Ingredients
- 16 Chicken wings
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1/2 Grated onion
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
Method
- Season the wings with salt and pepper and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Put and Step 1 in a plastic bag and toss well.
- Put it in a fridge for about a half day.
- Roast it in a 250C oven for 20-30 minutes.
- (No need to pre-heat the oven).
