- 6 qt. chopped tomatoes
- 3 qt. diced peppers
- 3 qt. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 5 hot peppers, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 small cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. cornstarch*
Method
- Cook tomatoes.
- Add peppers, onions and rest of ingredients. Cook until done.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
- Makes about 20 to 25 pint jars.
