Ingredients
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 (3 lb.) smoked boneless pork shoulder butt
- 1 (27 oz.) can Libby's sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place flour in a 14 x 20-inch cooking bag. Shake to coat inside.
- Place pork in bag. Close with twisted tie. Place slits in top of bag.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
- Remove from oven and open bag.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Mix well. Spoon over and around pork.
- Re-tie bag and bake for 40 minutes longer.
