Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Blend butter, sugar and vanilla; add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Spread in a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350° until brownies begin to pull away from edges of pan. Cool and cut in squares.
