Ingredients
- 1 pat butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Marzetti Garden Ranch dressing (or other Ranch dressing)
- 1 cheese slice (optional)
Method
- Melt one pat butter or margarine in small bowl in microwave, on High for 30 seconds.
- Add eggs and Ranch dressing (Marzetti Garden Ranch works the best).
- Beat thoroughly.
- Cook on High for one minute.
- Fold in outer edges.
- If desired, place cheese slice over top of eggs.
- Cook again for 45 seconds on High with cheese, or 30 seconds without, until cheese is melted and eggs are not runny in center.
- Serves one.
