Ingredients
- 1 lb. box light brown sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 2 c. whole nuts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Place sugar and whipped cream in a 5-quart glass casserole bowl. Microwave for 13 minutes.
- Remove and add nuts and butter. Mix together, then drop on buttered aluminum foil or waxed paper. You have to work quickly since the mixture becomes firm very fast.
