Ingredients
- 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 bananas
- 1 large can drained pineapple (save juice)
- 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- coconut
Method
- Mix Jell-O according to directions, then add bananas, pineapple, miniature marshmallows and nuts (if desired).
- When chilled, take the pineapple juice and egg egg, then sugar and flour; cook until thick. Then add the cream cheese; mix well. Spread this mixture on top of Jell-O mixture.
- When cool, add Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle coconut on top.
- Enjoy!!!
