Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
- cheese
- parsley
Method
- Layer potatoes and onion in casserole.
- Add bouillon.
- If desired, dot with butter. Cook on high 10 minutes, covered. Stir.
- Cook 7 minutes on high, covered.
- Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- Cook 1/2 minute or until cheese melts.
